In Yemassee, SC (half way between Charleston, SC and Savannah, Ga at Oaks of South Point TT RV park (Aug 1-15)

Traveled 244 miles today from Hendersonville, NC to Yemassee, SC down I-26 to Oaks at South Point TT.  This park is on the Frampton Plantation grounds.  We plan on spending a week visiting Charleston and Savannah.
#1 AIR GAUGE started bouncing between zero & correct pressure while in slow down.
Does not affect brakes.  Must be faulty gauge. Happened 6 times. Park has lots of trees, basic cable, WiFi in office only.  Parked in 60 ' pull thru (#85).  Humidity is high today.
Tuesday:  trip to Beaufort Walmart.  Passed by a drive Inn Theater down highway 21.
Wednesday:  Frampton plantation home, then to Savannah river walk.  Pizza for supper at Spankies(very good).
Thursday:  drove to Beaufort, tour historic church/cemetery (St Helena's Episcopal ) that was established in 1721. Visited Old Sheldon Church ruins.   Then on to Hilton Head island to the light house.
Added a week to our stay, reserved until Aug 15th.
Friday:  rainy all afternoon.  Went to see Jason Bourne movie in Beaufort.
Saturday:  rainy! Laundry day.

Sunday:  trip to St Helena Island, visited Penn center, chapel òf ease!
, then fort fremount.  Back to Beaufort main street and water walkway.

Monday (aug. 8):  day trip to Charleston Boone Hall Plantation ($24 ea).  Spent all afternoon touring bottom floor of main house(4th sinse 1700's), slave houses,  dock house, open car ride around the paremeter.  800 year old Oak trees. Hurricane Hugo (1989) destroyed most of 15 k pecan trees, only 1000 survived.  Stopped on way back (hWY 17) to eat at local restaurant (harvest Moon).  Good beef liver & onions.

Wednesday(Aug 10th )  :  trip south down I95 toward Savannah to camping world, national museum of the Mighty Eight Air Force,  Pooler, GA.

Friday (Aug 12):  trip to Bluffton to Heyward House with guided tour ($8 ea), then Church of the Cross, then to Nissan dealer for oil change.

Monday (Aug 15):  traveling today NW toward Red Bay, AL (520 mi).  We should make at least half way, in the Atlanta area.
