Saturday April 27 fly home from Milan, Italy

Fly out Milan malpensa airport(MXP) Lufthansa LH 0259 to Frankfurt, Germany.
LH0440 Frankfurt to Houston,
UA6059 Houston to Harlingen, arrive 5:48 pm cdt.

Taxi from hotel to malpensa airport 100 euro.

All flights on time.

No problems traveling.  Very long day

Thursday April 25, driving from Como to Milan

To Milan Hotel Sant'Ambroeus for two nights 129.20 per night.
Return Hertz van.
Fly home Saturday morning , first flight @6:30.

Picked up salads in market Thursday night.
Bed is hard.  Good breakfast.

Friday April 26:
   Local tour 50 euro per couple in Milan.

In Lake Como, Italy Friday April 19-24

Arrived in apartment friday about 5:30 pm.  2 bedrooms, couch sofa bed.  One bathroom.  Hot water on demand unit.  Most TV shows in Italian.

Saturday:
   Ate breakfast, found tourist info, rode bus around (6 euro),
Took van to train station and got tickets for Tuesday to Zurich,
Train tickets cost 260 euro for two round trip.
Then to Aldi grocery store in Switzerland.  Paul put groceries on Credit card.
Back to same parking lot.

Sunday:
  Did not try to go to church today.  Paul was under the weather.
Alan, Kay, Jan and I went to tent flee market.  Bought travel case.
Carolyn cooked spaghetti, asparagus,  salad.

Monday, April 22
   Took road trip to Ballagio.  34 euros to get van out of parking garage.
Took boat tour around Lake Como (220 Euro's for 6 adults).  Snow on top of several mountains.  Lots of multi- million dollar villas along the lake.
Very windy & narrow roads.

Tuesday April 23:
   We are riding the train to Zurich.  Leaving at 10:00, arrive in Zurich at noon.  7:00 pm train back to Lake Como, arrive at 22:00.  260 euro per couple round trip.

Wednesday April 24:
    Rainy day.  Took cable train up hill (5.50 each round trip)
Ate lunch in bistrol.

Visited church:

Ate lunch in Bistrol(20 euro)

In Venice, Italy April 18, leaving toward Lake Como

Exiting Serinity Ship renting van, heading toward Lake Como.
Stopped in Verono for the evening in a Best Western hotel (80 euro).

Driving Friday April 19th on A4 interstate (8.20 euro) toll.  Got off interstate at Bergamo and took back roads to Lake Como.

Big Easter parade around our apartment.  Roads were blocked off.
We stalled for 2.5 hours before getting in the parking garage.  10 min walk to apartment.
