In Angel Fire, NM at Angel Fire RV Resort Monday Sept 24 thru Oct 1st

Arrived at 3:00 pm.  No problems.  Staying one week.  Rate $440.65 / $62.85 per day.
Concrete padded pull thru with table, WiFi, and cable.

Wed & Thursday night low temp were 25 degrees.  Middle 60''s for highs.
Went back to Red River Thursday.  To Taos Friday.

Sunday, Sept 30:  the bedroom A/C heat pump decided to make a loud noise and throw parts at 4:00 am.  We will get it replaced when we get back to Harlingen.
Plus front door step motor and diamond shield front end cover.

Packing up this evening.  Driving to Durango (United RV Park) Monday.  Reservation for a week ( $50/day for pull thru, 50 amp, $45 if paid by check or cash ).

In Amarillo at Oasis RV park Sept 17-24

Drove from OKC to AMA (250 miles) west on I40.  Arrived at 4:00 pm.  I40 construction slowed us down going thru town.  In Oasis RV park for a week (rate=$215/week).  Concrete slab, cable, table, fair WiFi.  Many of the TV channels are fuzzy.  WiFi is unstable and weak signal.

The wind has been blowing 20-30 all week.  Rain expected Thursday evening & Friday.

Saturday, Sept. 22:
    Drove to Joe''s place on Lake Meredith, just outside Fritch, Tx.

Made a reservation in Angel Fire RV resort for Sept 24 - Oct 1st. ($440.65/week, $62.95/night)  woow! That was High!! Ama to Angel fire 267 mi.

In OKC at Rockwell RV Park Sept 13-16

Arrived in OKC around 3:00 pm.  No problems.  Checked into Rockwell RV Park (space 71) for four nights ($40/night). Total $160 on Discover.  COACH was almost level.  Cable, picnic table.  WiFi usable.  Under shade trees.

Our coach step motor burned out right before we left Harlingen.  Will have F-street fix it when we get back home.  Using substitute step this trip.

Ate supper at Texas Roadhouse with Joe & Betty Saturday night.

In Bridgeport, TX. Baylanding Thousand Trails RV park Sept. 6 - 13

In space # 122 for a week.  $3.00 per day for 50 amp.

Lots of rain thursday, friday, and saturday.

Ate breakfast Sat morning with Tom Dowdy.  Ate lunch Sunday with Jim & Francis.
Monday:  went to visit staff at Rambling Oaks and to visit Lisa.

Tuesday Sept 11 is Jan''s Birthday.  I gave her a Samsung Fit2 Pro.

Leaving Bridgeport Thursday (13th) to Rockwell RV park on I40 in OKC.  We have reservation for 4 nights.

Leaving Harlingen toward Bridgeport Sept. 5, 2018

Heading North Sept. 5 toward Bridgeport.  Try to drive to Walmart in Hillsboro.
Arrived in Hillsboro Walmart just before dark (8:00).  Girl up front denied our request to park overnight, even though an RV was already in the parking lot.
Jan called and spoke with Jonathan (manager) who gave use permission to stay.
Noisy night with semi''s moving in/out all night.  Walked over to What a burger for supper.

Thursday morning:  drove up I35.  Stopped at Loves (287 & 114) for lunch.
Arrived in Bridgeport about 1:00 pm.  In space #122 for a week.
